Our programs are built around a simple conviction: communities thrive when the people within them are educated, equipped, and empowered to lead.

From youth development and financial literacy to educator support and family advocacy, every initiative we offer is designed to build capacity that lasts.

Youth Development

Our youth programming creates structured, culturally grounded spaces where young people develop as thinkers, leaders, and contributors to their own communities. Programs focus on skill-building, mentorship, and exposure to pathways that expand possibility.

Financial Literacy & College/Career Readiness

We equip students with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their financial futures, educational pathways, and career trajectories. This programming is designed to meet students where they are and prepare them for what’s next — whether that is college, a career, or entrepreneurship.

District partnerships are available for schools seeking to integrate financial literacy curriculum into existing programming.

THE TEACHER PROJECT:

ENCOURAGING, RECOGNIZING AND SUPPORT OUR TEACHERS

The Problem

Across the nation, teacher shortages are threatening the quality and stability of education for our children.

During the 2024–2025 school year alone, there were at least 411,549 teaching positions unfilled or filled by teachers who were not fully certified — impacting more than 5.3 million students without consistent access to a qualified educator.

Teachers are the foundation of our education system. Yet persistent burnout, limited professional support, and a mass exodus from the profession continue to undermine efforts to provide high-quality education particularly in high-need communities.

Our Response

The TEACHER Project is a community-centered program designed to support, uplift, and sustain educators through intentional recognition, professional development, and restoration. Built on the belief that teachers thrive when they are valued not only by school systems but by the communities they serve, the program is guided by seven core pillars:

Treat

Honoring the expertise and impact of the teaching profession

Esteem

Holding teachers in high regard as leaders and changemakers

Honor

Acknowledging daily contributions, both visible and unseen

Appreciate

Providing meaningful acts of recognition and tangible support

Encourage

Rekindling passion, purpose, and joy in the work

Create

Building opportunities for ongoing professional development

Restore

Addressing the root causes of burnout and supporting educator wellness

Family Advocacy & Support

Strong families build strong communities. Our family advocacy work focuses on equipping caregivers with the tools, knowledge, and support systems they need to navigate educational institutions, advocate for their children, and sustain household stability.

This area of programming includes family advocacy courses and student rights education — with a specific focus on families of students with special needs who require additional guidance navigating school systems and accessing appropriate support services.
